Our Coffee

We get our beans from small scale farmers that we know and believe in.  We only use hand picked, shade grown, Arabica beans.  Each season, we seek out an exceptional coffee, bring it back to the United States, and experiment with different roasts until we find the best way to bring out the bean's unique charactistics.

Our Current Offering: 

PERU, ORGANIC

We're now offering an organic, hand picked, Arabica bean grown by a cooperative of farms in Peru. This coffee is also Fair Trade certified, which ensures that it was produced in compliance with strict guidelines protecting the environment, wildlife, workers, and the local communities in the Piuran Mountains of Northern Peru.

It also makes a damn-good cup of coffee. It's roasted at a medium-dark roast in five-pound batches to ensure consistency and freshness. Words that come to mind are nutty, citrus, and chocolatey. On hot days, it's nice to have it chilled over ice.
